Refund policy

The products that are designed and created by Whimsybydoodlebugs are not eligible for returns unless there is some serious flaw in the product. Each of our designs take days to make and are individually crafted, hence we do not accept returns unless there is a properly documented problem with the product.

The curated collections can be exchanged within a week. We expect the product to be returned to us in the same condition as it was received and the bill as well. Return has to be initiated within 7 days
